Nestled in historic Mullica Hill's Old Mill – a pre-Revolutionary War grist mill that has stood for centuries – Red Barn Burgers carries forward a tradition of craftsmanship that spans generations.

For centuries, this historic building ground grain into flour. Today, we honor that legacy by grinding fresh beef daily, continuing the tradition of transforming raw ingredients into something extraordinary through skill, care, and dedication.

The connection is more than symbolic – it's a continuation of the craft. Where once grain was ground with precision, we now hand-form our patties. Where once flour was milled fresh, we now smash burgers fresh to order. The Old Mill's history of quality and craftsmanship lives on in every burger we serve.

THE STORY BEHIND THE BURGERS

Behind every burger at Red Barn Burgers is 25+ years of culinary excellence – from fine dining kitchens to neighborhood favorites.

Our chef brings experience from Union Square Cafe in NYC and Stephen Starr restaurants in Philadelphia – establishments known for their uncompromising standards. Trained at the Culinary Institute of America (CIA), our approach combines classical technique with a passion for perfecting the classics.

Heritage breed perfected since the 1700s. Hereford cattle are known for their distinctive red coats and white faces, but more importantly, for their superior marbling, rich flavor, and exceptional tenderness.
