Terms of Service

By placing an order or using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use the site. These terms are between you and Red Barn Burgers (1 S. Main St, Mullica Hill, NJ 08062).

Red Barn Burgers sells food and beverages for in-store pickup at our Mullica Hill location. Menu items, prices, and availability change from time to time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel any order at our discretion.

• Orders are placed online through this site and paid at the time of order, typically via credit/debit card processed by Stripe.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of your contact information (phone, email) so we can reach you about the order.
• Pickup times shown at checkout are estimates. Actual ready times depend on kitchen volume.
• We're not responsible for orders left uncollected after a reasonable wait — please pick up your food within 60 minutes of the ready time.

If something's wrong with your order, contact us at (856) 434-4592 as soon as possible. We'll typically resolve issues with one of:

• Remaking the affected item
• Issuing a store credit (single-use promo code) for a future visit
• A refund to the original payment method

Decisions are at our discretion based on the nature of the issue. Credits issued as apology vouchers are single-use, tied to the recipient's email, and expire as stated when issued (typically 90 days).

• Promo codes and credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and can't be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• Each code is single-use. Any unused balance after redemption is forfeited.
• Codes expire on the date stated when issued.
• We reserve the right to void codes obtained through fraud or abuse.

The Red Barn Burgers name, logo, recipes, and the content on this site are ours. Don't reproduce or use them commercially without our permission.

The site and the food are provided "as is." We make reasonable efforts to ensure menu information is accurate, but allergens, ingredients, and preparation can change. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please tell us before ordering — call (856) 434-4592 or note it in the special instructions field at checkout.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Red Barn Burgers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our food. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Gloucester County, New Jersey.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
